I came here today simply to replace two tires on my car, and I am leaving with a much bigger problem. A simple service took 4 hours to complete. On top of that, we spent an additional 2 hours trying to fix the issue that was caused here, with no resolution. After the service, the ignition was damaged. My car will not start at all, the steering wheel is completely locked, and I was left unable to drive it. What is even more unacceptable is that instead of taking responsibility, you pushed my car outside and left it there as if this had nothing to do with your service. Now I am facing financial loss on every side: • I paid for the tires. • I will have to pay for a tow truck. • And I will also have to pay to repair my car for a problem that did not exist before I brought it here. I came in to get new tires installed and politely asked them to put the new tires on the front and the old ones on the back. I even offered to pay extra, but they refused and said, "Come back later." It’s a 2-minute job, but they clearly didn’t want to do it. Also, during a previous visit, they told me they couldn’t replace my tires because my suspension was bad. Based on their claim, I went to an independent mechanic and paid $80 for an inspection — only to find out that my suspension was completely fine. It seems like they try to delay or avoid doing basic tire replacements and give inaccurate information just to stall or turn customers away. They also work extremely slowly. Very poor service. I won’t be coming back.

Most incompetent, clueless, and unhelpful group of people. If you value your sanity or your car, go literally anywhere else. This Walmart is a joke.

Restored Ruby's headlights to the original appearance! 2005 Aviator almost looks brand new. All this and an oil change for $65. It took a while to finish but the headlights had a lot of cloudiness and where in bad shape. Good job!

I had an appointment for 9 am for 4 new tires and an oil change and it was handled very professionally. My car was finished in a timely manner and my Walmart plus membership paid for itself. I'm very pleased. Walmart you have a loyal customer. TOTAL COST $357.14....Thanks again👍
