Walmart Auto Care Center

Showed up exactly at 1 for my "1-2pm" appointment. The tech told me he couldn't put the tires I had bought (from walmart.com) on my truck because they were less than the recommended factory tire rating. I know how tire ratings work and tried to tell them that I had bought BETTER tires than factory recommendation. The tech grabbed the "boss" to explain it to me and even in his own explanation, my tires were better. I googled tire rating right in front of them and showed them. They pulled up their chart and said they could put my tires on. Got a pissed off stare knowing that the guy that handles tires EVERY day for a living had no clue how tires worked and he just got called out for it. Finally at 2:15 PM, I got a text saying they started working on my truck. Truck was finished at 3:15 PM. I

Coach Alec was very professional, friendly and patient. He took his time to explain the services that was needed and done on my car. He also took time to listen to me. He was very respectful.

My car’s rear right tire was loosing pressure constantly so I took it to the auto center to fix the puncture. After checking, they told me we cannot fix it since there are 2 nails “next to each other” so close that if we take them out the puncture is going to be too large to fix and you need to buy a new tire!! I left and took my car to a tire shop they checked and the nails were exactly 180 degrees away from each other!!! They fixed it for me for $25 while Walmart was making me to buy at least a $250 tire instead of fixing the tire by lying about the issue!! So disappointed with the service!

I was told it would be a 1.5-2 hour wait unless I had an appointment (in which case I would skip the line), so I made an appointment and came back. My appointment was at 4:00 but they didn’t start on my car until 5:40. I spoke with the manager (Micky H.) about the delay and he told me there was a shift change and said if it were up to him they wouldn’t even have appointments. He had a bad attitude and couldn’t care less about the customers who had all he waiting hours. Terrible Service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The worst! They failed horribly! And I mean horribly at following their own rules. Then set the authorities after meas if I had done something wrong. I’m so glad they had footage and noticed it was one of their guys who failed. Disgusted! Never going back
