READ TO THE END — THIS NEEDS TO BE SAID. Over the past 12 years, I’ve continued giving this place chance after chance — and I now regret that deeply. If it weren’t for the limited local options that don’t charge a small fortune, I would have stopped coming here long ago. Despite my repeated experiences, I kept extending the benefit of the doubt. Why? Because I believed maybe — just maybe — with new staff, things would change. But the reality is this business goes through employees more often than most people change socks. Years ago, I had items stolen directly from my vehicle while it was in their care. After countless calls from me to follow up, I was finally told the employee had been terminated. That’s it. The manager of that department is very rude! I had 4 tires that had to be put on they were only able to put 3 on because they failed to make sure that they would be able to remove all 4 due to one being hard to remove. I had to go home with 3 new tires and one bad one . I live 28 miles away one way. Just to go back the next day to have the fourth one put on. They also failed to tell me that the rim was cracked and they put the tire on anyways! I will not take any of my vehicles to that Walmart again!

Poor service, poorly managed. Walmart generally lacks in auto care but this one is consistently and increasingly bad. Management is worse than staff.

worst place to go. lazy workers just standing around and talking. came to get a tire swapped and took them almost 3 hours to do and they weren’t even busy! horrible service and horrible workers. don’t recommend this place at all.

I thank you for your time regarding a tire problem on a trip on June 15. However even though no problem was found soon after leaving low tire again. Went to Discount in Katy. It was the valve stem! Just a heads up!!
