Walmart Auto Care Center

Customer service is not professional. They are very dismissive and unhelpful. They come off rude and act like they hate thier job and just want to do as little as possible. Maybe they are just understaffed. They do not answer the desk phone consistently, i often have to call multiple times to get a response.

Refused to change a tire because my key is broken(one half is in the ignition and the other half is the fob and part of the key shaft, starts just fine but has to have the fob to start it). They said they can't because the key is broken but a guy left me a voicemail saying it's because the key and the fact that it is a stick shift. What a joke. Plaza Tire Service is the place to go to. Was done in 30 minutes(after wasting an hour at Walmart) and they had no issue driving a stick shift. I've been to plaza tire locations all over the state and all of them have been phenomenal. Don't waste your time or money at Walmart.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE!!! THEY PUNCTURE BOTH OF MY FRONT BRAND NEW TIRES!!! They were PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE I WENT THERR. They also decided to make excuses about it.

Bought 4 tires and had them mounted and balanced for $532 about hour of wait time

There was no one in front of me for an oil change so they immediately pulled my car in so I assumed it would be done quickly. Jokes on me. It took 2 hours! How ridiculous!
