Walmart Auto Care Center

This place is horrible. I came with a nail in my tire that I knew was there. He then made me wait 20 minutes to put air in my tire and told me everything was good to go. He then made me wait in line again. I asked them could they fix it and he said if he can find the nail. These people are not experts. They are random people that are hired to do a job that requires expertise. I would not suggest you take your car here for anything that requires above average experience

Although a service center member gave me a very off the wall, odd and very roundabout excuse as to why he couldn't change the oil in my vehicle on a previous visit at this store location, my faith has since been renewed on my more recent visit here. The associate was very courteous, and promptly attended to my vehicle service needs. He in no way made ANY mention of the very odd excuse that the former service associate had made, especially since I have had a consistent record of oil changes there. My advice is to get service here in mornings to midday, as later shifts tend to be more...dismissive of customer service needs. 🤷

Everyone except the associates behind the counter are USELESS. The two cars in front of me had lug nut issues and they refused service on them and when my car came up they refused service because of the same thing. It was a 2 hour wait just to hear that. Went and bought a lug nut just to be told something else was wrong with the wheel, but failed to mention that yesterday. Two days and 3 hours of waiting wasted. The first day only one person was working and the supervisor looks like he does a bunch of nothing.

I wish more people would call the customer care center (800)-WALMART and brag on folks. It's a thankless place to work Im sure where most folks just complain. They definitely deserve higher ratings on here. Call and make someone's day and let them know they're appreciated for the work they do. The gentleman today at the automotive center did an outstanding job handling a simple but serious issue as we are on a long distance trip from Montgomery area back to Texas. We had ran over something yesterday and the air foil cover under the front had come loose with no way I could remove it, it was dragging and hitting the tires. They got me in there and handled it quickly and free of charge at that in the lube bay. I wish I'd caught their names but the gents in the Automotive center midday on Satu

They were the best. My lugnuts were on tight from the quiklube oil change in Athens, Georgia so they wouldn't take them off I understood so we had the lugnuts broke loose and then returned and they put all my tires on they were quick and I'm very satisfied..
