Walmart Auto Care Center

My husband took his car to Seminole Walmart to get his tires balance and rotated and they didn't do it..So we took it to Shawnee Walmart tire and care and they did amazing job and the car drove better then Wat it did when we took it to Seminole Walmart

We are traveling Virginia to Arizona. Had a tire go flat in Oklahoma. Pulled into the Shawnee Walmart at 6:45. Whole crew help us out to get us back on the road. Spent extra time to make sure we were good to go. Can’t thank them enough.

Automotive staff very helpful, got my vehicle in and serviced. Can take vehicle in to check tire air pressure for long trips and receive same friendly helpful service.

Horrible experience. Checked in to get my tire patched, with Christopher. He told me they were starting the service then. I never left Walmart and came back about forty minutes later after never hearing a page or phone call that my car was finished. Crystal was at the service desk and informed me the was a glitch in the system and they needed to update my work order and had not started my vehicle. She also said they had paged me multiple times, despite my listening for my name and hearing nothing. As I left, I saw Christopher by my car and told him thanks for not fixing it. His coworker Shawn thought he was funny and told me to give them a five star review. I let him know I'm a local guide on Google and the service center would be receiving one star. Even though they were closing they fixed the battery, and four techs made sure it was put back together properly. They honored the warranty and replaced the battery for free... great job guys!
