Walmart Auto Care Center

We have brought our cars here for oil changes and tires being checked. There are times you have to wait a bit longer for oil changes but most the time they get it done pretty fast. We have never had any problems coming here. Over all for the price it's a decent value and it's convenient.

I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. it is currently at 10:55. I was having two tires installed. I know they brought it in at or before 9:00. A.m.. the car sat there in the air for a long time. No one doing anything. Had I not said and got irritated that I had been waiting for a while. Who knows how long I would have been waiting. Upon checking out, the person at the counter told me I had two bad lug nuts on the passenger side. I asked for more information but none was given. I asked if they were misthreaded and broken or what? I was told to ask one of the people in the shop. I walk out to get in my car and there is at least six people standing around outside. Not doing anything other than chatting or smoking. Will definitely never bring my car here ever again.

Checked in at 10:21 for an oil change. I was notified at 11:11 the service had started. There was only 1 car in bay 1 of 2. It is now 11:50 as I am writing this looking out of the window watching as the workers are slow and methodical. It is now 11:53 and notified it is ready. I will say don't be in a hurry.

Came in for a SCHEDULED oil change and it took 45 before they even pulled my car in. Really what's the point of having to schedule when clearly it's a first come situation. Shelby walmart never again. I'd rather go to a real place and pay triple what walmart charges

I’ve heard horrible stories about using Walmart auto and I STILL been coming here for 7 years until it happened to me. Purchased tires and installation. They never put the hubcap back on and they issued an apology as a resolution… Then they said I can go buy the piece that THEY LOST, and they’ll refund me after “I PURCHASE” the piece of my tire that THEY LOST. Make sure you check behind their work before your engine blows up because they left a cap off. They have a BOX full of hubcaps from not putting them back on people’s vehicles.
