Walmart Auto Care Center

Takes quite a while and maybe you leave safer than you came. Staff seems to not care when it's busy. Oil plug was loose on my wifes car after leaving.

I understand it's Walmart auto care and I really try and give them the benefit of the doubt but these are like people that should not be doing anything but changing a tire, Howard me I use because the prices were cheap the worst customer service, barely know the difference between transmission oil and engine oil, or even how to change a turn signal bulb it makes no sense I don't get it... I mean everybody needs a job but higher better.. I blame management

I just wasted over an hour of my day here for absolutely nothing. I scheduled an oil change appointment for my 2009 Honda Accord, showed up on time, and sat around only to be told after an hour that they didn’t change my oil because “the drain plug was the wrong size.” Not only was I never updated during the hour I was waiting, but I also had to ask what was going on — and the employee could barely explain it to me in English, which made the situation even more frustrating. They told me the last time this Walmart did my oil change, they put the wrong size plug in — so now it’s their mistake, but they refused to fix it. No solutions, no offer to make it right, no apology. Just wasted time, no gym, no oil change, and now I have to scramble to get my car ready for a road trip. If you value

I had a delayed shipment for my tires and spoke to a lady named Teresa on the phone and she made my day. Most polite, kind, and caring woman I have ever experienced at any auto care center. She double checked everything she could and ensured me she would call me back if she found anything out about my order. Teresa has single handedly restored my patience and I will now wait as long as it takes for those tires as long as she gets some sort of raise haha. But seriously give Teresa a raise!
