Walmart Auto Care Center

I wouldn’t even give it one star. Made an appointment after being hung up on 15 times in a row. Got the apt for 5 pm got there 15 mins early. 5 pm came 5;30 came 6 came and went and they never moved my vehicle in. When I questioned how long it would be the man upfront was rude then manager Joe came out and was so unprofessional and rude it was terrible. I cancelled my apt and took my vehicle to gillette They were so nice and helpful and fast too no apt needed. Go that way if you want to be treated with respect and not like gun on a shoe.

Terrible customer service and attitude from one of the women working there. Instantly got an attitude when I asked a question about the road hazard warranty for the five new tires I bought and had installed there. She said they don’t have “real mechanics” working there and that a technician wouldn’t have the knowledge to see the errors that were made during tire installation that led to one of my tires coming off while I was driving on the interstate. They have also left my hood unlatched several times when I have gotten oil changes there. Do NOT use Walmart auto ever!

It's ridiculous you can't walk up anymore while they aren't doing anything and get an oil change During covid people were just walking up blah blah blah like yeah buddy that's how it worked for decades What a joke when they can't even do a simple oil change without an appointment

The manager was extremely mean and belittling to her staff. It was to hard to watch. I am amazed Walmart would allow that!

The guy behind the desk working 05/04/2025 at 10am needs to be fired. He is so rude and is very clearly miserable. My girlfriend apologized profusely for just being 10 minutes late and he flat out said “I don’t really care.” Get a job away from people.
