Walmart Auto Care Center

All I needed was my valve stem tightened. They got me in and out fairly fast. I would honestly hope that more Customers treated employees with more respect - we're all human. Technicians like a bot on new vehicles systems that have a closed oil system- which shocked me..Before you create an appt. Please look into your 2025/2026 vehicle, it seems dealerships don't want other companies working for fair market repair. That isn't the Techs fault. I hope Customers in the future take more time in researching their vehicles.

Maschia (Springfield, TN coaching team) and Trisha (Sales employee in sporting goods) were extremely helpful with an issue I had in the auto care department. Trisha was extremely patient and helpful in listening intently to my problem and getting a member of the coaching team on the walky talky to assist me. Two thumbs up guys, nice work.

Found that I had an Allen wrench in my tire while picking up my groceries. Staff was so helpful and nice! They weren’t able to patch my tire due to the location of the leak, but they aired my tire and called a shop down the road that could help me and let them know I was in my way. Staff was so great! They made a really bad day not so bad. They were so helpful!

I am not happy at all with how I was treated at the Springfield Walmart Auto Center today. I brought my car in at 12:30 for an oil change and a tire balance and rotate. My car was checked in at 12:41. There were only two cars ahead of me. I sat for two hours with the other two customers. After two hours passed, one of the customers got mad and just told Walmart to give them the keys, that they would go somewhere else, which made me next in line after the other person. It took them two hours to pull my car into the shop. I was at this time the only car in the shop. It took an hour for them to change the oil. At around 3:30 they pulled my car into a different area of the shop for the rotate and balance. It sat there for an hour. At 4:20, I saw one of the two guys working in the shop come out

Great service to get my flat tire fixed. I will be glad to use Walmart Auto Service Center for any of my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you for your great service today!
