If you wanna get robbed or wait 5 hours for tires even when you have an appointment this is the place for you. I made an appt on 1/2 for tires- waited an hour- went back to check on status and my car wasn’t even pulled into the garage. I asked the status & was told it would be up to 5 hours until my car was finished! So at that point I told them I couldn’t wait & cancel my order. They told me to call 1800walmart for return. So I left and put in an automated return. I still got charged. I have now called 1800walmart what feels like 10000000 times and still not refund. Today the customer service agent tells me they have to call the Walmart on Robert, so they do & conference me in. Charged 43$ for services they didn’t provide They never answer the phone Ordered 4 tires and they called days later (1 day before appt) to say they only had 2. They charged me for disposal (?) and installation. I never went there and they were supposed to cancel the appointment. Good luck getting someone to answer, I went to the store 2 times and after almost an hr the line never moved. They were supposed to have the 4 tires I ordered on sale for 65$ but said they only had 91$ tires. And wouldn’t honor the price of the tires I had put a down payment on. I called Discount Tires, they answered immediately, they were friendly, they ordered 4 tires for me that arrived in 2 hrs and I had new tires on the same day. I paid 344$ instead of Walmarts initial 412$ amount. Save yourself the headache

Absolutely do not get any work done here. I had an appointment at 4pm to get my snow tires mounted and balanced. I watched them pull my car into the garage at 4:17pm and got a text saying my service had begun. At 6:13pm I get an email telling me my service is canceled so I went up to the counter to inquire as to why. The elderly gentleman at the desk could not answer my question, after speaking with management and the actual techs, they finally got my car finished at well past 7:30pm. They were not going to offer any type of compensation even though there were customers who had shown up hours after me and got their service completed before mine was done. I eventually got them to reduce the price by almost 20% but I should not have even had to fight to get that. Zero stars is not low

I ordered tires and made an installation appt. Only one tire was delivered. So I had to reschedule for a few days out to make sure. I get to the store and somehow the store manager in dealt with managed to CANCEL ONE TIRE INSTALLATION on my account. So when I get back a few days later to get installed l, they say they can only install 3. After 30 minutes of me telling them they never refunded me for ONE INSTALLATION they realized it was NEVER cancelled to begin. So I sat for 30 min at 7am arguing for nothing. :) Their managers and team leads are VERY INCOMPETENT. I would rather pay $800 at the dealership than get tires here ever again

I made an appointment and brought my car in for a foot replacement. However, they kept me waiting for an hour and a half without changing the oil. They just stole an hour and a half of my time. These are time thieves.
