Walmart Auto Care Center

I’ve been coming to Walmart Auto Care centers for years, the guys at this location are the best. I wish I could tip them all. They’re quick, on point, and actually try to find solutions and take care of you. I’ll be making the extra long drive to come to this location. Thank you Justin and the big tall guy with the long hair and rest of the team!

I would not go back there again. I tried twice to get tires replaced, first time they found a cross threaded stud so they cancel it because they don't deal with that sort of thing. I fixed the issue and went back there for the second time. Appointment was at 2pm, I arrived 1.45 . After over an hour waiting my car was still waiting in the parking lot. They told me I was next, but it would take another hour and 40 minutes for replacing the 4 tires. So I left without replacing the tires. Very slow service.

I stopped in to this store for baking supplies. When I went out to my car it wouldn't start. Apparently, my battery was dead. I ended up in the auto care dept looking for a battery. Brendon told me they had no time to help me (Saturday's are busy there). I was in a bit of a crisis as I am deaf. My cell phone battery was also almost dead, which meant my captioning app wasn't working. I had to rely on reading lips and hand signals. A stranger in a Yankees shirt offered to help but asked to borrow tools. Ultimately, Juan from PR in the service bay and Laziel from Cuba also in service dept. came to my rescue. I brought my car from Gulfport garage after having a tune-up and air conditioner work done. They pulled it into the shop and out of the shop I drove to Walmart to have new tires put on and paid for mounting and balancing I was given the keys to the truck and said everything is done. I went out and started the truck I'm glad that I knew what I was doing because the brakes went all the way to the floor. I talked to the people inside and was told that the mechanic had said something to management but he didn't understand at all because it was in broken English I can't believe they just gave me the keys and said nothing. I had the vehicle towed to met this who put on new brake lines and a new master cylinder. $1,000 later. If I could give less than one star I would. I have not been helped at A

The employees do not know their business and have no problem-solving skills. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for an oil change, scheduled to be done by 8:30. I arrived on time and explained that I needed to leave for work at 9, so it was very important to have my car ready. The lady assured me it would be finished on time. I even came early with my little one in a stroller, waiting an hour. But at 8:30, my car hadn’t even been touched—no updates, no warning calls. My frustration was completely ignored.
