Walmart Auto Care Center

I had my tires balanced here after having them improperly balanced at the one in Columbus and they were so nice and helpful here. An older gentleman worked on my car and was very kind and communicated with me about everything he was doing. I would 100% come here again.

Whoever heard of a tire center that can't order you a set of tires they don't have in stock? I have an f250 that sat for a year in my yard and the tires dry rotted. I put my truck on jackstands and dropped off my tires at the tire center. By the time I got halfway back home, they call me and say they don't have my tire size in stock. I said: "how long to get some in the shop?" The said they were not allowed to order me tires, and I have to go on the app and order them myself. I had to turn around drive all the way back to load my four tire back up myself. I am taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to the Walmart Autocare Center today to get an oil change, a new battery, and a new turn signal light, and left with an oil change. I was told they couldn’t not replace the battery because it was under the fender. In the picture attached to the review I show you said battery. It is located under a plastic cover that says “remove for battery access” so that was the first sign of incompetence. For the turn signal, I was told that the turn signal had plastic connectors and that removing the old lamp, which is out btw, would cause permanent damage and I would no longer have a light. Well if you google said turn signal light, the only option has plastic connectors, so that’s is pretty cool. Anyways if you need your battery replaced and you don’t currently have the tools t

Would never do oil change there!!!!!!! They forgot to tight the oil drain cap, and led to significant oil leaking. Thank God, I found it early and my dad was able to tight the cap right before our airport trip at 4 am. After I told all the story to them, they only reimbursed the oil I brought to add into my engine. They won't give me a free oil change, and didn't apologize at all. They kept asked me what do I want, and thought that the reimbursement for that oil is already a mercy to me. They care about their own money more than their service, more than their customers. I did oil change there for several years, and that is nothing to them. My trust is nothing to them! This is not a wised way to do business!

I want to thank the team for making a difficult day better. Our tire on our rental with flat. We barely made it before close and they got us back on the road pretty quickly. We really appreciate you guys!!Be blessed!!
