Walmart Auto Care Center

I ordered 2 tires on the 8th for install on the 10th. I get to the store and they only have 1 of the tires. I was told someone must have sold the other one. How if it was already sold to me? My order was literally paid for already. Now another truck doesn't come on until the 19th and NOBODY wants to do anything to help.

Called and went in for a 12v Battery change. I received the best customer service one can hope for from Pete and Angel. They both are very good at what they do and felt well taken care of. Good prices too Pete and Angel deserve a raise.

I made an appointment for 3:30 to have my oil changed. I arrived on time and was told they overbooked the 3:30 slot. Ended up taking two hours which is fine because it’s Walmart so whatever no surprise. The problem is the oil covered shoes that have left oil residue all over my carpet, driver door and door jam. How simple is it to put a paper mat down to protect people’s investments? This is the second time with a different car now. I keep my vehicles immaculate so I’m very disappointed that I have to scrub my mats and vehicle after an oil change. Funny thing is a guy was complaining about the same exact thing while I was I there. Get it together guys!

They lie told me that my oil drain plug was stripped on and they couldn’t get it off so they couldn’t do the oil change. Funny thing is I’ve been having the oil changes done at Toyota for the last three years because it was part of the package I got when I purchased a vehicle. So after they told me that the bolt was stripped, I took it to Toyota Stuart where they changed the oil for me in a half hour. There was no striped bolt. That’s a crappy way to get out of doing somebody’s oil change it’s a paper filter and I’d bet $$ they didn’t want to deal with it.

Scam! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I Spoke to Pete this morning around 9am asked for two new front tires, i also asked to keep my left tire because it was in perfect condition. Pete went out to “ look” and they had the tires for $69 I got the estimate on a sheet of paper for the two tires & the total was $198.00. 3 hours later i get a call to come pick up my car, and when i get to the register my total change to $255 because apparently the tires that Pete checked prior weren’t in stock. And i didn't received a call or anything about having to pick new tires! So i had to pay the total or i wouldn't have been able to take my car, i tried to call walmart management to ask what was going on.
