Walmart Auto Care Center

Awful experience. Waited well over an hour for a simple oil change. Pretty sure they waited an hour to even pull in to wait for shift change. Edit( it’s now been over 2 hours)

Waste of my time. Only got my tires delivered here because it wouldn’t let me deliver to the one closer to my job. Dropped my car off at 4:30 for 5:00 pm appt. Wasn’t done until 7:15. Then I had to have them rebalanced at another Walmart 4 days later with the employee stating that the balance was way off.

Made an appointment and still had to wait 2 answer a half hours only one other cars came in for tires. Awful service

We had a blow out 8 miles north of Sylacaga, Alabama on a Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. Spent night in Wal Mart parking lot. Spoke to Manager Dallas Saturday night about the chance to get us back on road Sunday. He was very nice and said to be ready by 7 am Sunday morning to get tire fixed. Dallas took extra care, took his time, explained everything he was doing and had the best attitude! Very professional and went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gentleman!!!!!

Second time I was turned away in two weeks to get a simple twenty minute job done. Attendant rude the second time. Different person from the first time. Also had an attitude. Won’t be coming back.
