Walmart Auto Care Center

I like Walmart service locations They are mostly convenient and reliable but that's not the case here. The experience is more often than not inconsistent frustrating and a time waster. LIfe is too short so I go to other Walmart locations.

I had a horrible experience with the Walmart tires service. They exchanged my new rim for an old rim then did not put my hubcap back on my car. The manger called herself looking at the cameras, but I did not believe her because she looked at the footage to favor Walmart since. I did not look at it for myself I could not believe her. Her advice to me was called the police to get them to look at the footage. Of course, that is what I did. The police came, I explained my side of the story then he went inside, but came out in 2 minutes. We know it’s more than 2 minutes to walk to the footage room let alone look to look at the footage. I think I got ripped off by Walmart.

One star review because you can't mark any less. Every visit your going to be waiting a while at the counter and have to chase down associates to find somebody to come to automotive or sporting goods. Waited a good 25+ mins today just to speak to somebody. The call for assistance button is pointless because nobody answers it.

The mechanic lied about the service that was ask to be preformed and would not do it. This happened at the Oxford store so I went to the Jacksonville store and asked for the same service to be preformed and the work was done on my car I was upset because I had to drive to a different location to have the work done only because they didn't want to do it at the Oxford location and lied about it saying that it couldn't be done.

Wish I would've gotten the crews names today, but they did an excellent job in a timely manner and had great attitudes despite me coming in at the last minute in the rain for new tires.
