Walmart Auto Care Center

It takes 3 houre to change a new tire. What a great service HELMART!!! Hope to see new staffs as I come here again but that's not going to happen in my life time.

The auto workers here were so friendly and helpful, and clearly do not work on commission like so many other places, so you know for sure they don’t try to upcharge you or convince you to get work done you don’t need. My battery corroded some of my car parts and one of the workers literally got to work scrubbing the parts down he could (and charged NOTHING for the labor!!?) and only charged me for the parts I really needed, and even then it was super cheap. I almost couldn’t believe it until I was driving away with my receipt. I am a young woman who knows very little about cars and they go out of their way to make sure you’re not getting taken advantage of or made to feel dumb- something that happens most places I go for car trouble. Very poor service. I had a oil change and they did not secure the under engine splash plate. It came off of the care and was damaged. This was very reckless of the employee. It could have caused a wreck. The said to bring it in and they would correct the problem. This is a 2 hour round trip for me so easily said than done not to mention the expense.

Placed an order for tires and installing . I placed the order last week . Now it’s saying wheel delayed even though it’s saying I can pick them up a day earlier after 3pm and my appointment for install was cancelled with no reason

Took my SUV here for a battery and after 3 hours waiting with a toddler they told me they couldn't figure out how to remove the battery and sent me to a real auto shop.
