Walmart Auto Care Center

Helpful and professional and got my oil change and tire rotate done on time! Would recommend them. Walmart service centers can sometimes be hit or miss, and this was a good one! Friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve been to many Walmart auto care centers across the country. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Came here for a tire patch (had a nail in my passenger tire that could be repaired) and they were very quick and kind. Fixed it right up, and for a good price, and has been holding air no problem. Will be back again if I have any other tire problems or to install new ones when the time comes. Edit: also came here recently to replace my tire pressure sensors as 2 went dead. (No more dummy light on now! Yay!) They did a great job too. Walmart is by far the cheapest to do it, at $56 for 2 sensors. Can’t beat that! Most other places would charge you the price for one that Walmart would charge for all 4!

It’s really unfortunate that so many other patrons have given this location such low ratings, as I, personally, have had Consistently wonderful and excellent experiences at the Thief River Falls Walmart Auto Care Center! I find the Auto Technicians, Service Advisors, and department Managers to ALL be Very kind, patient, friendly, personable, hospitable, and true gentleman!!! I also feel that they work Very swiftly and collaboratively, they seem to have a great team dynamic and enjoy working alongside one another, and they also go out of their way to try to accommodate and squeeze in walk-in customers who are in desperate need of same-day service without having already made an appointment (which has been the case for me on a few occasions — when I’ve needed a tire replaced, when I realized

Took my Lincoln Town car here for a simple oil change and swap of tires it took them 6 hours and they messed up my suspension in the process also they didn't put my hubcaps back on. And the customer service was terrible I brought up my suspension and they told me to take it somewhere for diag as if I want to spend more money because of this places mistakes wouldn't recommend to anyone. They also didn't reset the oil life what did they do for 6 hours? Also my engine oil cap was never put back on. I was able to talk to the GM on the phone and he told me go get a diagnostic I paid $800 for you guys to literally destroy my car then you want me to pay $150 an hr for diag me and everyone I know will NEVER bring our vehicles here because of this dishonest work amd I'll be sure to post about it on

When I got my last 2 oil changes. During one my skid plate wasn't fully put back on Which caused damage while driving to it. My transmission fluid was either not checked or added to which is do which is part of the more expensive well the more expensive oil change I paid for all Also Cars not vacuumed. So they either need to change their signage or at least relay to the customer changes in services being paid for.
