Walmart Auto Care Center

Booked a tire appointment two weeks out and told everything is good to go by employees multiple times. Show up for said appointment and an hour later they cancel it and said they'll wave installment but now have to wait two more days for tires after literally speaking with them that very morning and not one person said my tires werent available or what other options i could do to get tires on that morning. (Mind you not one manager comes to make it right and another employee is chirping in the background "nothing they can do and it is what it is".) Highly suggest not wasting your time. I want to edit that there was one younger guy who was trying to be helpful but his coworker ruined that.

Well I knew my car wasn't the newest and also knew the lug nuts were over torqued which makes it difficult to remove tire I got 4 brand new tires installed and balanced all for $450& under an hour Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly and the dept manager Synsyg (?) for his vast knowledge! Best prices in area

This is absolutely the worst place in the state to get your car serviced at. From the second you walk in the door every employee clearly wants to tell you no for the sheer reason of not wanting to do any work. They make up excuses that make absolutely zero sense to anyone with the smallest amount of mechanical knowledge. Its an absolute shame that walmart allows this to go on. I have went the a few times simply because they are so much cheaper than other surrounding shops bit honestly the savings isnt worth the total headache and waste of time. The people the have working there are the absolute bottom of the barrel and the quality and knowledge shows that

Had an oil change done October 31st and Ty Bartlett was extremely helpful. Got the job done in a very timely manner. Got me on my way very efficiently. Even told me about something he noticed about my car that I didn’t know was there! Highly recommend requesting Ty Bartlett for any car work to be done!

Made my appointment a few weeks ago and was not aware Walmart cancelled my order the day before my appointment until I showed up for my tire install. An associate by the name of Ty went way out of his way to make sure I got my tires done before a big storm. I’ve been on a donut for 2 weeks and it’s our only 4 wheel drive car. I’m a tad irritated with their corporate but the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. A+ for Ty and thank you for going above and beyond
