Amanda at the counter was very friendly and helpful. She put my vehicle in the hands of Dale and Jay, who were both delightful. I am grateful for the courteous service today. My life was made better by their efforts. I offered a tip to them, but I was informed that they are not allowed to accept it; they deserve it.

Showed up for my scheduled appointment at 9am to get tires mounted and balanced. There was one other car here getting something done. I was told it would take no more than an hour, yet here I am 2 and a half hours later waiting. Terrible service.

Went in to twin falls Walmart at about 830am Sunday morning, was told it would be about an hour to accomplish changing 4 tires that I brought in, smooth transaction on time, good job, thank you! Pro tip = early morning is best. Automotive fluids on the spendy side, comparable to all the regular parts stores, usually better oil change specials at the parts stores.

I usually have time to change the oil on my 2013 f350 diesel. I should’ve known better. I did a customer provided oil change for $32. Bought 15 quarts of oil ( truck takes 13.1 quarts of oil) and the correct motor craft filter. When I went to pick up there was no oil left over. They put in 2 quarts too many. When we tried to talk to them one guy said 1.25 gallons is only 4 quarts. I quickly pointed out using google that 1.25 gallons is exactly 15 quarts. My wife tried to explain to the manager that they put two quarts too many in my truck. She said if we wanted to pull in they would drain the 2 quarts out. I was like it’s not new oil now. It’s contaminated now. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Made an appointment with the tire center in the AM for a flat tire patch. Told me they could get me an appointment at 4pm to fix it. Fast forward to 4pm. They had an appointment with my number but not my name. They had to take my info down again and verify that the appointment was mine and not someone else’s. Stuff happens with technology, I get it. I was then told it would be a quick 30 minute job. There was 1 truck and 3 techs here when I arrived. 90 minutes later and I’m still waiting on a tire patch to be done. Not very good. Would not recommend having work done here.
