Walmart Auto Care Center

Walked in to ask about oil changes, how it works , how long etc . Stood there for a good 5 minutes while atleast 4 employees walked by and didn’t even acknowledge me. I refuse to give my money to any place that can’t even acknowledge that I’m there & will be with me in a moment.

They could not have picked a less personable person to work the counter. Daisy was insisting that she gets to decide which battery I can give Walmart for the core. Not a warranty exchange, a complete new purchase. I own 7 vehicles and they all have Walmart batteries, now I am going to find another source for all of my future battery purchases. Thanks Daisy Then they tried to short me $3. Not a big deal, on principle it’s a big deal. Went down the road and paid more money to AutoZone for a four year 100% warranty because they accepted all my batteries. Thanks again Daisy!

On a recent Thursday, the tire pressure warning light on my car turned on during my drive home. The next morning, I discovered a flat tire and went to Walmart to have the rear tires replaced. After the service, however, the tire light remained on. I checked the pressure myself, but the issue persisted. When I returned to Walmart the following Monday to address the problem, the staff initially placed the blame on me, claiming the light had been on before the service—which was true due to the flat tire, but it should have turned off after the repair, as it had been functioning correctly prior to that incident. I came Here for a tire change , 1 tire. And an oil change. I got Here at 6:15 they told me they were closing soon but they would still change my oil and tire, I waited More than 3 hours and still have. Not gotten my car back. I finally went to see what was taking so long and the boy told me they are working on my car even tho I watched for 5 minutes as they were cleaning the floor but not a single person touched my car. Keep in mind I had already got a message saying my car was checked in. If I could Give this place no stars I would. I will NEVER EVER EVER BE RETURNING HERE

I give this place 000000 stars this place couldn’t even get 1 star if they had a chance . This place is absolutely the worst !!! Don’t come here to get your car checked or oil change /etc. They had me waiting 4 HOURS for them just to tell me they couldn’t service my car because they couldn’t get a screw off for the drain plug ??? And I have always taken my car to same exact location so they definitely messed something in my car they had me waiting for SOO LONG just for that. Guy with long hair with glasses is the mechanic and omg horrible customer service !! Definitely they need to shut down the auto center . Mechanic doesn’t even know what he’s doing, Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience for anything. What a waste of my day off .
