Walmart Auto Care Center

WHEW....... BREATHE!!!!!! Unbelievable how Cusomer Service has declined in America. This Walmart is NO EXCEPTION!!! The Auto Service hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm. I was at the shop doors at 6:55am for my tires to be Rotated & Balanced. Waited till 7:07, had to call to ask if they were opening soon. They finally opend the customer door at 7:15. I was told it would be 7:30 or 7:45 before they could check me in because that's when a Tech would be there. So, I mustered up some patience and waited. 8:10, finally someone showed up. But they proceeded to talk amonst themselves without asking me how I could be helped. I interuupted their conversation to ask if she was going to check me in. With some hesitation, and NO sense of urgency, & NO PERSONABLE CONVERSATION, she got me checked in. An Hour &

We had lost a tire on the highway so we put the spare on to get to the auto shop and they had help us get a new one and the worker was very nice they did say it would take a while but we were not from around here they had put us farther up the list so we could get home they had waiting room too

Super quick battery replacement in less than 10 minutes. Friendly and convenient. Saved me both money and time.

Brought my car here for a simple oil change. I normally do this, but was in the process of moving out of state. After driving the vehicle for two weeks, something seemed off. I checked the oil level and it was well over the full marker. I drained about 1.5 quarts to get this corrected. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for an oil change.

Purchased 3 new tires online, didn't need a set already had one new tire on the vehicle, the others were in need of replacing. At any rate, paid [online] to have them properly mounted. When the tires arrived at the Car Care Center, I took my car so they could be mounted. However, because I have aftermarket wheels on my vehicle, and because [one] wheel lug nut was missing, they did not mount the tires. And that's irrespective of the fact, that I had already paid the mounting, and balance fee. A fee I have [never] been reimbursed for! That's not right. Walmart does not make known to the prospective tire buyer online, their policy regarding aftermarket wheels or a missing lug nut as it relates to the mounting of tires SOLD by them. It's an outrage!
