Hunter showed exceptional customer service skills today. He resolved our tire problem with a friendly attitude and finished promptly. He was proactive and helpful too. Hunter is a great associate and we will be coming back to this Walmart Auto Care Center location!!

😡The service has never been as bad as it was today. My appointment for a simple oil change was scheduled for 4:30pm and until now (7pm) my truck is still in the shop. Walmart really has no commitment to customer satisfaction. 😰Terrible service. It's better not to schedule anything and do a walk-in. The walk-in people were served and I'm still waiting. I have no words.😶

The Venice Walmart tire center goes above and beyond with service. They are extremely knowledgeable and help me with my car in a very sincere and caring attitude.

After waiting for my car, I saw countless customers abuse the staff for baseless reasons. Please be nice to them, they’ve dealt with awful people all day. That being said, they do a fantastic job of honoring their roadside hazard for their tires, I will ONLY buy my tires and batteries here!!

So pathetic they down even know Chevy spark is gas not electrick and reject service Conny said "because we don't do it" LOL, sure all you that need experts in not knowing what where and when go ahead and service your vehicle there
