Walmart Auto Care Center

We were turned away for an oil change for being low on oil. We were walking the store for over an hour being we went to go check on the car and they never touched it because they said it was “so low it wasn’t even marking” so they said bc there’s probably a leak, they can’t work on it. My husband said there no way so went out to check for himself and they were in fact lying. I went back up to the works and told them “ I think yall were mistaken because the oil is marking. Just a tad bit low. Can you come check again and please?” The said “it doesn’t matter. It’s still low. We can’t change it.” Ive never heard of that before. Don’t go here! Walked in to get new batteries for my diesel truck. Told the guy in the bay what I needed and he sent me inside. 10 minutes later, he and another guy finally got to me. Told them again what I needed and the first guy said, “no, you said you wanted to exchange batteries”. He then continued to argue with me over what I said. Then he said pull into the bay. He took all my info and then told me they didn’t have my batteries in stock. Asked if he could check with other in town Walmart and he said he couldn’t do that. Drove to other store and told them what happened and the guy said I was lied to and showed me that they had four of my batteries in stock and that the other guy easily could have looked it up. Terrible service.

Mary Jane the 'Manager' was very rude to my significant other, we got the wrong battery for our truck and went to return it and get a new one, we installed the new battery but it didnt work, we went the next day to return it, and she was a complete smart ass about everything, i dont know how they allow that especially cause shes a manager.

Went in to exchange a lawnmower battery. Mary Jane was rude during the first experience. Then charged us for the exact battery we brought back. When we realized it and went back she had a shitty attitude and tried to act like it was our fault. I can't believe they allow TEAM LEADS to act like that towards their CUSTOMERS.

I have the lifetime rotation and balancing and upon departure I didn't know they didn't balance the tires. In addition, I have hub caps and when I got home, I discovered I lost one. I inspected the other 3 and they were barely hanging on. This was the worse tire rotation and non balance I have ever experienced. If they can't take ownership or have pride in their work, they should not work for the public.
