Fantastic experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Webb City! I needed a synthetic oil change, and the price was excellent—truly the right price for the quality. Scheduling my appointment online was very easy, and the service was quick and professional. Great service all around, I will definitely be back!

First time I’ve gone there asking for an oil change and to refill my power steering fluid and it’s bone dry…..they never changed my oil or put power steering fluid in. I’ve tried going there a second time just to get a tire changed thinking things would be better, they wanted to change every tire BUT the tire that needed changed that had a hole in it. Suddenly the tire magically wasn’t the right tire after I told them repeatedly to change the correct tire. I just gave up. Horrible customer service to top it all off. You’re better off going anywhere else.

Never try to make an appointment here. Woke up early to make my appointment and they had another person's name in my slot. I had a confirmation number, the correct store and everything. I called customer service and they just said I'm out of luck. They can't be relied upon to hold a schedule.

Quoted a 2 hour wait just to have the white van even pulled in. At this point there was no car on the inside oil change line, but several employees standing around chit chatting. I was trying to get my 80 year old Grammas oil changed while she shopped, having her wait more than 2 hours while your employees are standing around chatting is reprehensible. Never attempting their auto services again.

was told i had to buy new tires to have them put onto a new rim; however, every other walmart in the area only needs the tires to have good trim. very sketchy practices, they wouldn’t even look at my tires either
