Walmart Auto Care Center

Chris and Connie were amazing! I had a flat and even though they couldn’t put a new tire on because of my specific wheel type, they helped me change the flat for the spare for free and pointed me in the right direction for a tire shop that could do the work. Thanks for getting me out of a tough situation!

Very poor experience with the Auto center on 10/12/25. I scheduled an oil change service for 7:30am, 7:30 comes and goes. Myself and another customer were waiting, complete disregard for the customers time. No communication was made to inform us our vehicles would not be serviced or the appointment was canceled. Very frustrating and concerning as a Wal-Mart customer. - Mr. Williams

>3 hours of incompetence. Visited on 08/15/25 for my 2pm appointment. Pretty sure they have no organizational system because talking with another customer they did her 4-tire replacement 3pm appointment before my 1-tire 2pm appointment after saying that I should be up first upon arriving. At about 4pm they finish her vehicle but break the TPMS sensor. She has to argue with the manager about giving her something in writing about replacing it (which they have none in stock). Finally, my car is completed at 4:20 pm, but I discover myself that they have changed completely the wrong tire. They have already decided to shut down and someone has locked the dock doors. Have to wait for store management to come to unlock and then for the issue to be corrected and wind up walking out of there at 5

I drive a modified car and to fit my tires the fronts are 245s and my back tires are 255. They refused to put two "different" tire sizes on the car stating safety. Have these people every seen a corvette or any high end car. Fronts are small and rears are bigger from the factory but as much as 40 millimeters some times but I only have a 10 mil difference and they wouldn't do it. Waste of time don't go to this Walmart's auto care go to the one in Lexington they will do it without issue. It also took them almost 20 minutes just tell me they cant do it.

Scheduled an appointment to get tires that I purchased and sent to the store. They didn’t even bother to honor the appointment time. I left my car up there for 2 hours and no one touched it. Returning the tires and will never use Walmart auto center again.
