Would give 0 stars if I could. Had to take my car back in after the next day I noticed it was leaking heavily. Took it in to get looked at and they said they’d check it out and after about 30 minutes, they gave me the keys. Didn’t tell me what was wrong with it until I asked. They mistakenly put the wrong drain plug and gasket on my car. Unreal. There is no sense of customer service there. You could tell it is all a joke with them. Also, the original oil change took a whole hour to check my vehicle in, even though I had made an appointment. And took 2 and a half hours until they gave the car back to me. Safe to say I am never getting my car serviced here again, and I suggest everyone do the same.

I had an 11:30 appt and arrived at 11:15. At 11:45 they checked me in and said it would be an hour. They finally completed the simple oil change at 1:15. I’ll never come back if they don’t honor appointments or times.

Got new tires and my headlights restored. All the employees were SO NICE! They were fast, came in and checked on me in the waiting room, and made sure everything was perfect for my beloved Toyota Camry. Can’t recommend this crew enough!

Price was okay, took 2 hours with appointment, and after about 1,000 miles I noticed they did not secure the lid to my engine air filter. I should have known something was different when it seemed ‘louder’ when accelerating, but didn’t think to check. When I dropped it off I told them to not replace it, simply just the oil change. Suppose they checked it, saw it was clean and couldn’t scam me out of $20, then never closed it up.

Came in to have the service center warranty one of my daughter's tires off of her Honda. Started with a very rude greeting at the counter. Clerk was agitated that we had come inside instead of being greeted outside. The entrance we came in had no markings to pull to the other side. Check in took more than 20 minutes. The waiting area smells of b.o. and is not very clean.
