I ordered four tires 2 weeks ago and had appointment scheduled for 3 days later when tires arrived. First appointment was canceled due to staff shortage. Then only 2 tires arrived and 2 were delayed, so second appointment was canceled and reschedule (at the earliest) almost a week later. I called auto center multiple times and all they could tell me were that the other 2 tires were delayed but expected to arrive soon. Almost 2 weeks since my order, I called the auto center and they confirmed all 4 tires are there and that I have an appointment the next day. Then I showed up for my appointment only to find out that only 2 of the tires are at the store. I asked them nicely to just install 2 of them at my scheduled time. Highly recommended because you can get parts, oil change, & labour done there~ all for reasonable prices,..plus I can shop while I’m waiting for the job to be completed.😛 I got my 4 all weather tires, 4 sensors for my tires, plus battery for my GMC, and labour done at this Walmart for close to $1000.00 If you purchase your battery at Walmart-it’s free to install it. They also have a small waiting area with tv. You can call in to get an estimate (at least you have an idea of the cost before you go). You can make an appointment over the phone, or on the Walmart app.

I went in for a tire change, and after about 3 hours I got my car back and noticed that they completely scratched up the rims. Super not happy as I just got this car and the rims were in good condition. Another thing is they will shut down whenever so if they don’t answer the phone even during posted opened hours don’t go. Overall I don’t recommend a tire change here. Returned to do an oil change and waited nearly 6 hours after I was told it would take 1hr 30m. So always make an appointment is my recommendation

You get what you pay for is the motto to keep in mind when considering coming here. Today arrived at 7am when they opened along with 3 others. I only need 1 new tire. The other 2 customers need tires as well. As of 9am, I was advised that I have at LEAST another hour. That means although they had the best price. I’m spending 3 hours here. And unfortunately at this time it’s counterproductive to leave and go to a competitor. Buyer Be Advised.

Walmart is usually not the first place you think of for auto care but it is convenient and inexpensive. I needed a battery replacement for a 22 Ford. The battery is hidden deep in the back of the engine compartment covered by plastic shrouding. The two guys spent a few minutes trying to find it and then couldn't figure out how to remove the shroud. I watched for a few but then had to tell them how to remove the covering. After that was determined, they replaced the battery in 5 minutes. They only do oil changes and basic auto care so I wasn't expecting much. But the best part was the guy inside. His name was Ryan and he was extremely helpful and was just nice to talk to. He knew his way around the auto section of Walmart plus a lot about the store in general. Made the experience much more
