Service wasn't performed correctly, and long wait. Car smelled of drugs afterwards, and grease was all over my headliner. These guys are clowns. Take your car somewhere else if you want quality work done. This place creates work for themselves by being dishonest. It is absolutly the worst place in town you can take your auto.

The shop had horrible customer service unless you were a white man. When I got to the shop , the one associate was engaged in conversation with an elderly gentleman who wanted to buy tires. The associate told him repeatedly that he couldn't order tires for him. Then, proceeded to spend 20 minutes helping him look up tires online and showing him the process. For that gentleman, I'm sure he was receiving 5* treatment. However, I was blatantly ignored for 20 minutes before they asked me what service I wanted. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours of waiting on them to complete service, I went to check on my car and the elderly gentleman was back still talking about the tires. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before they finally told the guy to move while they che

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and 2 1/2 hours later I ask what is taking so long. They said it takes longer to balance bigger tires. I told them that they were only supposed to be rotating them. They had already done 2 tires. So they stopped. After I left my truck had a vibration due to the balancing that they obviously screwed up. The manager said I could bring it back and they could try again but I would rather go have it done somewhere else and get it done right. There was a serious lack of communication between everyone there and nobody acted like they knew what they were doing. Will never make the mistake of going here again!

I have had great experiences with the people at Walmart Auto Care Centers both in Winchester. I get tires. They are always the Douglas brand and they have been great. I have had to claim the road hazard protection and they have taken great care of me. I do not like tire companies. I do not enjoy buying or paying for tires. I just would rather do anything else. However, these guys both in Winchester and Tullahoma have become the only place I want to buy tires from. They will work with you and they are very personable.

I had to bring in a tire to be replaced and the associate that checked me in was not as personable as I would have wanted nor did he want to give me a time frame on how long it was going to take but when I called to check on it the lady associate that answered more than made up for the ornery employee. She was funny and helpful and sounded like she enjoyed her job. She’s why I gave 3 stars.
