Walmart Auto Care Center

I went here today to have my oil changed and came home and parked car. Later saw a large puddle of oil under my car. Tried to call the walmart auto center and the walmart store # over 15 times up until 7 pm when the auto center closed. Never could get anyone on line. Had someone look under my car and was told the oil drain cap was not tight and they could turn it by hand and they could see the oil dripping from there. Beware if you take car here for oil change this will happen to you.

Terrible if we could give zero stars I would. There is always a problem wrong tires out of stock you paid oh we can’t refund you. It’s an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time

Service is non-existent. Lazy, clearly doped up employees who don't care about anything but their next smoke break. I'm absolutely furious. My boyfriend took our car there to get the tire patched and the hole was closer to the edge so it was a tricky patch job. They told him they couldnt do it. He went and bought a patch kit and went back to see if they would at least help him take the tire off the rim so he could do it himself and then put it back. They just didn't want to do the work so they told him what they tell everyone when they don't feel like doing their job. Short staffed and appointments only. But you took walk ins 15 minutes ago? We took it to Lopez the next morning and they patched it with no problem. Absolutely sickening.

What a horrible badly managed place. I Had a 4:30pm appointment for an oil change. In the waiting area I had a direct view of the work area. They pulled my car in about 45 minutes later. They worked on my car. They drove the car out of the work area so I got ready to pay and leave. The car didn't arrive at the drop off area. 15 minutes later the car was back again in the work area. They worked on it again then about 10 minutes later it was ready for pickup. I asked about what happened. The first time they made a mistake and put a small amount of oil in the car. When they drove it out, it was making a loud sound and the loud sound did not go away so he drove it back and added the proper amount of oil. The shift manager was smiling as he told me that. No apologies. I hope they didn't damage

The manager actually said to me with a straight face "I don't know what we could have done during an oil change to cause the check engine light to come on." Taylor was the person who told me the lie.
