About 13 months ago, my wife and I purchased 60,000 mile treadwear warranty tires ($620 for the set) from Walmart Autocare Center in Yankton, SD. We were told to rotate the tires around every 10,000 miles. We did just that. We put on 21,500 miles in the span of 13 months. So roughly just over 1/3 of the warranty-allotted mileage. How are the tires already at a 3/32" and 2/32"? One time during the span of the 13 months, we were told there wasn't enough time to rotate the tires as we arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes before the shop closed. Now, to me, an oil change and a tire rotation could take 30 minutes at a floor and an hour at the ceiling; however, that's not my call. Only one worker had a long line of people. When extra help arrived they picked who they would help not the next in line

The worse place to go. The first time I came here the idiots jacked up not on my frame. A tow truck had to tow to shop. I thought maybe we can try again for 4 new tires. It's been 2 hrs and they don't have 3 tires on yet. I had an appointment at 7 and they didn't even open the door until I had to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay a little more and go else where. DO NOT GO TO YANKTON WALMART AUTO TIRE CENTER.

Was looking for tires, man behind auto counter had no clue about tires said guy that did would be right back. Waited for 45 minutes guy didn’t come back. Fellow behind counter wouldn’t page him said he didn’t know how. Service sucks help in these areas of the store should know something about products they are selling. After waiting for close to an hour left store won’t be back.

Got our tires replaced there! Took a little longer than expected but was met with friendly, professional service!
