Walmart Auto Care Center

Worst customer service ever today. I am not sure if they actually work or not. Declined oil change unless I have an appointment and guess what. Until I finished shopping no cars in the 2 oil change bays. The guys just hanging around

This Walmart auto center refused service. She was also very rude. I was there at about 3:40 to get an oil change and a new battery and they said no they only take appointments. Meanwhile every Walmart ever takes walk ins. I have walked in many auto centers before to receive service, So I have no idea what this lady was talking about with that. Either she was new or she didn’t know what she was doing. She also used the excuse of they only had two techs working. I wouldn’t have minded the wait to get the oil change and the battery . Needless to say I won’t be using their services anytime soon.

If I could give them zero stars I surely would! Your time is not valuable to them and God forbid you walk up to inquire about how much longer it may be and they'll stand there finishing their conversation before acknowledging that you're standing in front of them. Came in for a 12:30 scheduled oil change and was helped by Sharon at the service center. Phone number on file was different than my number and Ms Sharon ensured me if I was waiting at the service center that they would let me know when it was ready. I stood there for over an hour and walked up to ask 2 ladies about how much longer it may be. After minutes of waiting for them to finish their conversation, she informs me it's ready!! So you lie to customers and allow them to wait there all day! YOUR TIME IS NOT VALUABLE HERE!

Took my car in to get 4 new tires then I took it to the highway and noticed the car was shaking violently at around speeds of 65 and it gets worse the faster you go. I checked the tires and noticed to much wheel weights. Took it to them about a month later to see what they could do and they tell me the only thing we can do is a a tire rotation and rebalance but it still had all those weights and it was still shacking. Seems like they hire people who don't know what they are doing because all of those weights are not normal. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Lady at the desk was extremely rude. Needs to take a class to learn customer service since she doesn't grasp the concept of it at all.
