Tina from the desk has the worse attitude she stands on her phone rather than talking and helping customers, the dunkin coffee in her hand is more important than working, i also overheard her saying she didn’t want to train new associates and to have the other guy do it. For context i had went back there to ask how much an oil change would be and how long it would take she’s busy looking at her cellphone and told me to hang on i waited another minute or two than asked again she set her phone down and asked me to repeat the question while sipping her coffee, i repeated the question again and she told me to hang on again while she asked the guys i sat down and that’s when i overheard the statement about not wanting to train the new employee as she was coming from the car area i think that’s

I walked here from Firestone down the street to buy a tire, since the Firestone price is insane. He asked if I was just going to take the tire and I told him yeah I am going to carry it over to Firestone. I wish I got his name because he was so kind and caring. He drove me and my tire over to Firestone instead of letting me walk there. Thank you so much ❤️ it made such a horrible day and moment for me a lot better. Restores my faith in people.

Real hard working here, wouldn't check battery and said there was a line, where's the line said couldn't see size for tires I can see why need to stand up and walk outside to see. Well that never happened to busy using desk as a bed,? Buddy the crack looks like the grand canyon. Have dignity about yourself coming to work.

I recently had a new battery put in at this Walmart auto center. The positive terminal wasn't connected tightly and disconnected when I was driving. I had to pay for roadside service to reconnect it. I tried to resolve the issue with Coach Maria but my calls were never returned. I haven't shopped at Walmart again since and wouldn't recommend taking your car there.

Nobody ever answers the phone when I call for tire prices. Today I called for power steering flush and nobody answered. Ill just go some place else
