Store Mgr, District n Regional Supervisors for the Dublin and Oak Park-swainsboro stores need to be kicked back to the curb. WHEN is the paint tinting machine going to be AVAILABLE. Been over a year. The new touch screen tint machine is the simplest machine to run, even a all attitude Swainsboro associate could run it. I had to mix my own paint at Vidalia as no one was around. Come on now Wally World, either crack the whip OR Aptitude Test before hiring.

Put the lugnuts on so tight that all 5 studs on my girlfriends front right tire broke while the car was being driven. Upon checking the other 3 tires, I discovered that the lugnuts were so tight that I could jump on my breaker bar (which also had my floorjack's handle on the end of it) and they would still not break loose. I confronted the service manager about the issue and she said that since the camera footage shows that they did torque the bolts, they assumed no responsibility. Even though they did use their torque wrench, they obviously do not know how to use it correctly. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere where they care if you make it home alive.

Team lead Byrd is great for the Walmart culture! He assisted me today and it’s the best assistance I’ve had in a long time!

I bought 4 new tires from the Dublin, GA Walmart and paid for them to be installed too. If I could rate a 10, I would. The lady who checked my car in was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Excellent service all the way around. They took care of everything, cleaned behind them, and no dirty footprints on my floor mats. I received a confirmation notification of my service date & time. The day of my appointment I received a nice reminder. I received a notification of when they took my vehicle back to begin the service and then a notification of when it was completed and my vehicle was ready. Everyone was super nice and it was a very pleasurable experience.

Dec. 29, 2024 Kory, Ken and Sharon assisted me with a minor mishap with my vehicle. Without hesitation, they made sure I got the services I needed to drive safely. I truly appreciate your time and services provided on that day I was in need!! Professional and accommodating staff & technicians!!
