Walmart Supercenter

Wednesday 2/25/26 had a great experience at the tire and automotive center. We were traveling from Memphis to Chicago, our battery died. It was scary traveling on the expressway and not knowing if we would be on the road helpless. A new battery was installed and the customer service was incredible. Six stars rating. Cynthia Dickerson

I went to the Benton, Illinois Walmart right before the winter storm hit. So the store was packed. They were playing nice music everybody was shopping and singing, everyone was super nice helping other people. I had a man get me 2 cans chilli beans off the very top shelf. I didn't even see them up there I'm so short, but he stopped me and asked me what I was looking for and I told him and he said, oh, there's 2 cans up on the very top, I told thank you so much that was very kind . I will be going to Benton Walmart every time im in the area :D

To be honest does not even deserve 1 star because of the front end Team Lead,Linda (i think), she is rude hateful and will find any reason she can not to help the customers. She wants to walk around holding her little walkie and thinking she is God's gift to the store. Sorry Linda we can survive and do better without you

I was driving from Tennessee and stopped by this Walmart to grab some food at Walmart, but it turned out to be one of the sketchiest locations I’ve ever visited. The store was somewhat dirty, the crowd felt unsettling, and overall, it didn’t feel like a safe place to stop.

An okay Walmart, I was just there and at the self checkout, I voided an item off and an associate cleared it remotely and didn't even come and take the product, and it was fresh produce, it coulved went bad or stolen and they wouldn't have noticed or cared most self checkout staff isn't super helpful. My mom also go her oil changed here and they didn't screw the plug on all the way and her car almost ran out of oil then tried to charge her twice. Customer service not great, products are okay
