Took my car here for diagnosis, I have an Audi and specifically called to ask if they had a VDCS, they claimed they did. Turns out they didn't and they got generic codes for my transmission issues. Specialized EURO code readers, are not the same as specific VDCS. Charged me 250$ for a quick scan which was completely unhelpful since I already scanned the car and let them know of the codes I had scanned. My expectation when I dropped off my car was #1 Verify the codes that I pulled #2 Check the condition of the fluid #3 Verify the fluid pump is actually working As a transmission repair shop, these are the things I personally would have suggested to the customer before having them pay the bill and leave.
