Purchased a used 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T from them out of state. The salesman Alex provided exhaustive amounts of detail and was very responsive to my questions. They allowed a third party mechanic to come check out the vehicle and it was in as good of condition as claimed and that is why Walser offered a warranty. They arranged shipment as part of the agreement, and it arrived as expected. I ended up having a problem with the front brakes locking up (being an older vehicle and no uncommon for this model), but Zach (the manager) immediately paid for replacement since it was covered under the warranty with zero hassle. This is an honest and good company to work with, and I absolutely recommend them!

Levi was an exceptional sales associate at the Hopkins jeep dodge ram location. My mother was in the market for a new vehicle and Levi was so thorough, insightful, and delightful to work with. He made sure all of our questions were answered, was helpful picking out vehicle options, and when we thought we may not get to leave with a car this day he went above and beyond to try and run numbers again to increase the odds for us. As we waited for financing options, he made sure to check on us often offering snacks and hydration. His hospitality went above and beyond. We were so lucky to work with him and ended up leaving with keys and great appreciation for this jeep dodge ram location.
