I don’t plan on ever buying anything from this dealership again, they don’t work with customers anymore with kindness and curiosity. If you purchase anything keep your receipts, they don’t keep records. So it will be your word versus no documents in their system. They don’t honor warranties and can’t guarantee any thing purchased. Best prices I can find for OEM parts in the Twin Cities and the customer service is generally very responsive and knowledgable on fitment.

Ordered a fuel pump in late February. Pump was installed and did not work. Reinstalled old pump and vehicle started right up. Called in and said it was okay to bring back and exchange. Got busy and wasn’t able to, called back today 5/13 and was told I needed to bring the vehicle in for diagnosis before any parts would be warrantied. Last time I buy parts from this specific dealer!

They are so slow to do anything! Oil change takes 1.5 hours (can do this in 15 minutes at valvoline). I got new tires put on and was quoted 2.5 hours to do that and it took over 3.5 hours for it to be done! There is no reason for this work to take this long! The work that is done is fine, but always add on 50% additional time to whatever they quote you.
