Walter is a true master of his craft! I went there with my 1995 Camaro and he knew exactly the problem before he even took the transmission apart. He was very friendly and communicated extremely well during the whole process. He rebuilt my transmission and added some extra clutch packs to firm up the shifts to prevent the same problem happening again. He sent me pictures during the whole process and showed me all the damaged parts. He made me aware of some upgrades that he would recommend without pressuring me. I brought him some upgrade parts I was wanting to install and instead of charging me more, he told me my transmission already had them, and they wouldn’t be needed. Sadly, we had to use Walter’s services on our Expedition. They delivered on time and were under their initial estimated cost to repair. They communicated when they said the would and accommodated our pick up nicely. Our running boards were stuck in the up position, and when I brought it up to their attention, there was no argument, and we came up with a very quick simple solution. Humble honest and good people. We had another issue, and Walter worked through it and took care of the mix up. People that take responsibility for their actions, this is who you want to deal with.

My husband took our car in to have transmission fluid replaced. My husband noticed the car was driven 3 miles after the car was dropped off. What we did not appreciate was that there was no disclosure that the car would be driven. At the time of scheduling, my husband was told the car transmission oil would be drained and replaced. We've had this done on other vehicles in the past, and they never had to drive the vehicle. A three mile drive is questionable and also dangerous.
