This was my first time bringing my car to Walt Auto Shop for transmission service and routine maintenance, and the experience was exceptional. Paul was straightforward and honest about what needed to be addressed at my car’s current mileage and what could safely wait something you don’t often encounter. I truly felt my car was in the right hands and never once felt taken advantage of. The experience at the business was a very professional one. The atmosphere of the office welcomes customers with a "mind set" of this is the place to be for a possible repair for my vehicle. Sisi, the service advisor, was very polite, and add it to the atmosphere with her kindness. Paul the service manager displayed professionalism, he was very courteous and respectful as well. Made eye contact while having the conversation of the problems that I was having with my vehicle, paul then expressed what the possibilities might be, but stated that he would have to check the vehicle out and I would have to leave the vehicle. I felt very safe and comfortable leaving my vehicle there at the shop. The cleanliness Of the repair area Was truly impressive, the mechanics also display professionalism.

They quoted us over 2k LESS than the dealership and provided details on everything that needed to be done, but also let us know what things could wait until later vs. what was urgent. From that very first appointment last year until today, when we had our brakes done, they've continued to impress me with their speed, thoroughness, and honest, respectful approach to what they do. Walt’s auto is my new go-to auto service. The prices are fair. The service times are fast. The staff is very friendly and answers all my questions thoroughly. I walk away feeling confident that my vehicle is in good hands. Special thanks to Angel, Paul, and Luis for assisting with my most recent check engine light diagnosis. Instead of just charging me the $900 to repair the problem, they recommended I take my car to Hyundai to see if the issue was covered under the powertrain warranty. It wasn’t. Hyundai was going to charge $1100. Walt’s saved me $200. I only wish I would have discovered Walt’s sooner.

I highly recommend Walt’s Auto Service. I recently got my front axle replaced because the right axle boot was torn and leaking oil. They did a diagnostic check on my vehicle and replaced my axle the same day. Paul is an honest guy and very knowledgeable.
