Above and beyond service. I couldn't find anyone to work on my classic 50-year old + vehicle but David was more than accommodating. Very knowlegeable about all things automotive and the service was performed at the very highest professional level. Chris also provides excellent customer service both over the phone and at the front desk.

What's with all the negative reviews?!? I brought my 2019 Jeep Compass here for an oil change and some maintenance. They performed all the work flawlessly, and communication was good and much appreciated throughout the day. Highly recommended!😀😇🤩

Ward’s Automotive replaced my battery terminals on November 26, 2024 and yesterday April 8, 2025 one snapped in half because they had overtightened it. They also incorrectly measured the amount of transmission fluid my vehicle had leading to a bunch of issues back in January which is the last time we went to them. At that time someone there refused to talk to me and asked to speak to my husband three times in less than two minutes and then argued with me over whether or not that’s sexist. There are better places in Huntington to take your car.

It was time for a timing belt and water pump. Ward's came recommended by my retired local mechanic. They had the work done early and used quality parts from Napa. The cons to the job are small fasteners were broken and wires were slightly misplaced which I reattached. The radiator hose is rubbing the fan shroud and one month later the radiator needs replacing due to a crack in the top next to the cap. This may be circumstantial as I have 252,000 miles on the original radiator. I have a 24-month warranty on the parts.

They were rude as hell! I brought my car in to get my brakes looked at! They Refused to answer questions after stating the work was something they wouldn’t do unless for a certain amount ofc! Then once I just asked about what the problem with the leak was they proceeded to try and belittle me instead of answering the simple question I had! that would help my car be safe to drive! They are u unprofessional in my opinion on how they handle customers ! Just don’t go there with questions I would say! They do still do okay on cars! BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE !JUST HOW THEY TALK TO CUSTOMERS! Just rude!
