I've been meaning to make this post for a while, my wife paid to have her rear fender replaced while she was out of town when I went to pick up the car with the check we pointed out to the owner of the shop how the paint on the fender did not match the car his first explanation was because the bumper is plastic and the car is metal and I'm not joking that was his first explanation as to why it didn't match. When I told him that makes no sense, the color matched perfectly when I brought it in and it was still plastic then, he says; Well she didn't pay for blending. I guess assuming that we know nothing about auto body and paint, because there is no amount of blending in the world that's going to make that bumper match the rest of the car. On more than one occasion over 30 years Wares Auto has repaired, painted, and returned my vehicle in pristine condition. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and honorable are just a few words to describe the staff. Highly recommend their service if you want a quality repair. Thank you Ware’s for all the great repairs performed on my vehicles.

Staff was nice and my vehicle was done in a timely manner. I appreciate them trying to clean my truck before returning it. However, they put swirls all over my paint and two large scratches. When I asked them about the scratches they refused to take responsibility or fix the mistake. I would of been fine fixing the swirls myself, but now I'm stuck with damage I cant fix. I wont recommend them to anyone I talk to.

I took my pickup here to have a quote (assignment) completed for damages. My insurance was state farm...who paid them instead of sending me a check for the claim. It took SEVERAL MONTHS to have Wares send the check back so that state farm could rightfully pay me. Wares took $116 out of my check for "quote / time and hassle of dealing with my insurance company." And of course.....state farm didn't reimburse me. I had to eat it. Crooked people.

I got into a pretty bad accident, and they are repairing the damage it’s been over a month now. They keep telling me I’m going to have to wait longer and giving me different days it should be done. The guy I’ve been talking to on the phone is super super rude and aggressive because I keep calling to ask how much longer because if I don’t they don’t tell me what’s going on or give any sort of update. Beyond annoyed and will never be using this auto body shop again.
