I got an oil change on my BMW here and they did not put my oil filter on correctly they left off the oil filter ring and the next day I noticed oil spilling out of my car, this could’ve ruined my high performance engine. I called and told them about it and the “”manager”” Moe argued with me back-and-forth saying they did not do it, he took took no accountability or even acknowledged that a mistake could’ve been made when they were the last person who touched my car and it was not pouring out oil before I got there. They put my oil filter back o but did not realize that my car needs the oil filter ring! I have proof and videos from my mechanic showing me all the oil spilled out around my oil filter because the oil ring was not on there, I will never ever come here again and I would not re

I purchased a synthetic oil change from Groupon. I had done my research to know exactly what kind of oil my Forrester requires. It’s only a year old and I wanted to ensure they would use the correct oil. The gentleman told me what he planned to use and it was exactly what my Forrester required. Check. They told me I could run my car through their car wash when they completed the job; I said I was uncomfortable doing that. So they did it for me. They topped off all my fluids and windshield wiper solution, and added air to all my tires. They could not have been any more delightful. I truly enjoyed my experience. Oh, and I might add, they were very quick. They certainly live up to their name! 😊

Pissed. Only place I come to. Been having coolant problems with my car. Came to Twins for a top off and fill my coolant bottle for the road. Why is the coolant frozen rock solid? Yall putting water in people cars!!

By far, hands-down, the best oil change place in Warren. They always go over am beyond. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Mo is the best the services is always good and always done right. I have been coming here for years never had a problem.
