We cannot say enough good things about this mechanic. He quite literally saved us thousands of dollars by taking the time to do a thorough inspection of our truck before jumping straight into the repair we originally brought it in for. We came in with several concerns, and he addressed every one of them honestly and clearly. His quote for the original repair was very fair, but during the inspection he uncovered additional issues that were related. Instead of pushing us to spend around $4,500 only to potentially face more major repairs later, he was completely transparent about the overall condition of the vehicle. Came in from out of town to look at a used car. I was in a pinch to find it and I was calling garages/auto care places to do a pre-purchase inspection. Everywhere was either closed or all booked up for the day, and I am so glad that I left a voice mail to Kasey and they were able to call me back an hour later and get me in immediately.
