One of my biggest financial mistakes was taking my truck to Wasatch customs to get rebuilt. I could almost cut and paste other one star reviews about this place and Marks continued lies about timelines and when the truck would be worked on. Multiple times I would hear "your truck is next in line for the stall and should be in there on Friday". 3 weeks later I would stop by and he would say the same line and the same experience again 3 weeks later. I would call for an update while on the road and he would say you should be able to hear your truck run when you get back from vacation, over a year later it still didn't even have an intake manifold installed. Too Long Didn’t Read Synopsis: March of 2019, almost 6 years ago i brought in a 1953 GMC Truck for restoration. Mark at Wasatch Customs promised a deadline of 4 to 8 months. Yet I still don't have my truck. This was a business investment as this truck was supposed to be used as a Food Truck/Catering Truck for events. Not only has it been 6 years with little to no progress but what they have done they have had to redo because it continues to rust sitting out in the weather. It’s been over a year since I posted a review voicing my displeasure and Mark still hasn’t moved at all on my project. It’s been in his shop for seven years now and he’s collected six figures without an end in sight. Multiple broken “promises” to get the car finished. Lame excuses as to why it’s not done such as not having the right people in place for the project. Why take on the project and collect my money on a project you know you don’t have the expertise to complete? No communication. The car is completely inoperable. Really nothing left to do except take legal action to try and recoup my hard earned dollars that Mark has stolen.

We dropped off our '74 Econoline with these folks. Mark and Chris were great to talk with. When we had to put our van on hold, they worked with us until we could get it back on track, no pressure.
