Wash Ashore Car Wash

I just had my car detailed, and it looks absolutely amazing! The team went above and beyond—every surface is spotless, the interior feels brand new, and the shine on the exterior is better than when I first bought it. The attention to detail is incredible. So after receiving this beautiful 2018 Chevy equinox. And then being a black car I decided I needed to get a monthly pass to our car wash. Wash Ashore has great packages with great prices. I bought the $40 package and this is an unlimited wash monthly. Which means I can go and wash my car every day if I want. Staff is friendly and explained everything about the monthly pass. For example, if it’s rainy or they’re expecting a good snowstorm they’re closed. Otherwise they’re open more than welcome to come. You get a little sticker that they put on your windshield in the upper left-hand corner you pull up to the gate the system reads your card or your barcode on the sticker And you just go through pull up they direct you and tell you to stop. I pulled up at 559 and they closed at 6. I couldn't get the touch screen to respond so I figured they were closed and started to back up. Just then one of their associates ran up to my car, let me know they would be happy to wash my car! Then she helped me with the menu and processed my card. The 2 people closing on Thursday, January 8th are awesome! They did not have to do this. It was 559 and they could have easily told me they were closed and I would have completely understood. They went the extra step and you have now won my business. Thank you!

Nice facility and very clean. Probably the best in the area. However the staff needs training on how to treat customers. They tend to be a bit younger and don’t understand customers are paying for a service. I have had numerous interactions pulling into the wash bay where staff has basically yelled at me or my wife because they didn’t like how we pulled in and or we left the auto break on in the car which can happen easily with these new cars. I’ve been to enough car washed in my life to know this isn’t a normal way to treat customers. Customers should be treated kindly. Yelling at customers or giving customers a bad attitude is never ok. It seems that the staff here looks at customers as if they are a burden and are generally unfriendly 99% of the time. When you have customers spending on

These folks were great. A local dealership "courtesy washed" my carpets during a recall, sealed the car in the sun, and allowed it to mold over a weekend before returning it to me, making the car disgusting. Other local detail shops were booked weeks out. These guys took me almost immediately, detailed the inside spotlessly including removing all musty smell, and returned the car ahead of schedule for a very reasonable price. Easy access right off the exit (literally across from the ramp), vacuums, parking, etc. Bo complaints whatsoever.
