Wash Boss Car Wash

I purchased the $40 a month plan right after they opened because of the convenience and easy entry. I went there this past Saturday after lunch and pulled up in the inside lane. A young man looked directly at me and walked away. After a few minutes I was asked to pull into the center lane. No problem, except the machine could not read my plate. After searching for someone with a key, he entered my license plate number and rudly told me my account had not been renewed, treating me like a thief. The $40.00 came out of my Old National bank account on February 4th. I left and went home. I sent a message through Wash Boss website and have not heard anything back. Absolutely terrible customer service from several employees. I'm pretty sure the last one was a manager.

We went through TWICE (in different vehicles) to enjoy the Haunted Carwash. Our kids and neighbors had such a great time. Pennywise was an incredible character. And it did a great job cleaning the cars!

I was so excited when the new Boss Wash opened on the east side of Evansville. I had a subscription with them when they first opened on the north side, but since I live in Newburgh, I couldn’t make it over there enough to justify the monthly cost. I was extremely happy to hear they were opening another location closer to my home. My boyfriend and I really liked the owner and employees, and we told everyone we knew about them because we genuinely felt the car wash was worth it. When I found out the new location was open, I canceled my membership with Tommy’s (which is conveniently on my way to work) and headed to Boss Wash’s east side location to sign up. This car wash is a bit on the expensive side but I think well worth it as a monthly treat for your car. It does a very good job of cleaning the car and offers an area for you to vacuum and declutter the inside of your car. What really stands this car wash from the rest is the personal touch of the employees treating you like a valuable costumer. Having a small chat with you, helping out with the check out section and just in general being happy you're there.

Way over priced for an average wash. I definitely will not return & am discouraged I didn’t check pricing before I went. I really wanted to get some of the salt off my car, but honestly, my car is still a little dirty
