Wash Factory

I always do the full service which includes my interior being wiped and vacuumed. The wash itself gets my car clean and comes with a 24 hour guarantee which I love. There’s a little lounge area with free code and a vending machine to enjoy while you wait. The staff is always super friendly, courteous & do a great job with my car (I have several children so it’s no easy feat). There are always cars in the actual car wash, using the vacuum stalls, and inside the bay. This place seems popular, but never seems crowded.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I have a membership here and expected at least basic consistency, but that wasn’t the case today. I waited about five minutes in line, which was fine, but when it was finally my turn, they sprayed my car with bug remover and then everything suddenly stopped working. While every car behind and in front of me still received a full-service wash, I was left sitting there with no explanation and no completed wash. I ended up leaving with a car that was actually dirtier than when I arrived, which was stained from the bug spray that was never rinsed off. As a paying member, I expected better service.

Just got my car washed. Front looks pretty darn good but the back.. didn’t clean it good at all nor under the car door handles. I told the gal that it didn’t clean very well and she said, “well you got the cheapest wash but I’ll send you through again.” In my head I’m like yeah well it should still wash my car for $10. Went through again and same issue. Still has residue and streaks in spots. I won’t be going here again. Vacuums were great though, great suction so they got that going for them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really solid experience at Utah Wash Factory with their full-service wash and vacuum. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The outside looked great, and they did a thorough job inside too, they got into all the little spots. Felt almost like a detail but way more affordable. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is fantastic. Difficult nowadays to find a quality car wash that still use the soft cloth curtain and rollers to clean the car. And then they wipe the inside and hand dry the outside. Even put an air freshener in the car.
