Wash Factory - Syracuse

I have been coming to this car wash for years and have had a monthly membership for a truck and two cars. When I first started coming here I loved it but the car wash has gone downhill. They have raised prices multiple times which I understand happens but now nothing really distinguishes them. I went to the car wash today and the machine said my wash was discontinued. I went to the attendant and asked we told my membership has been discontinued and I would need to start a new one. I asked for a manager as I did not cancel and my card did not decline the charge and I was told there is no manager today and I would have to go back on a weekday. Poor service and I will cancel all three of our vehicles.

This is by far the best car wash around. Car comes out spotless every time, and if you get the ultimate wash they have a whole army of people who will dry and vacuum your car as well as clean the inside of your door frames. They also always give me a couple air fresheners.

I cannot say enough great things about the Layton location! I have been coming here for a few years and never disappointed. Everything is so clean and they are so quick and doing an awesome job!

I LOVE this carwash!!! The workers are so patient and helpful. If I could, I'd give them a 10 star review.

I appreciate the employees doing what they can for other peoples vehicles and showing respect. I wish the kids who work there could get more tips so they would love their job more. It’s taken me so long to get the car of my dreams and I want to show my appreciation to them for not scratching it. But please help me when I pull in to make sure I don’t scratch my rims trying to line my tire up into the track. It’s a hill to get up into the track so I can’t see over my hood. And please know that being young is only for a minute and you’ll be old like me soon with a mortgage and car payment that you basically have to have with the devil to get. So be kind to peoples cars bc some of us love our cars more than the people we have in our homes.
