Wash Masters Car Wash

They don't even spray down the Fender wheels anymore. I pay $40 a month for my truck to be dirty. I'm fixing to change car washes, I'm so disappointed. The kids used to spray underneath the Fender well and spray bug cleaner on there. Now you just drive through and your truck is just as dirty as when you drove through it for $40.. Used to be a good car, wash.Now the worst one in town

This car was is terrible! I paid for a 15 dollar wash and also tipped but my truck came out still dirty on my passenger side. After talking with Jackie “the manager” about my truck not being cleaned she was very rude and stated that they are not a detail car wash and doesn’t know what to tell me. After her rude remark and body language she then says if I wanted to purchase the $27 dollar monthly plan then they would let me run my truck back through to make sure it got cleaned. She was worthless, rude and could care less about her customers or quality of work. Very disappointing and a big waste of money. There is many more car washes in the area and I highly recommend staying away from this one until they fix the problems and change management.

BEWARE!!! This is not a business you want to support. Please do not go here!!! They are dishonest and a sad example of how people in this world are these days. I’m not sure how their employees sleep at night knowing how unethically this business is ran. The car wash hit our nearly brand van, knocking the bumper off. The employee present ran out, probably after hearing how loud our car was hit, and said, “I saw what happened! I’ll make sure to have my manager call Monday.” No one ever called, so we contacted Jackie (manager) on Monday who then proceeded to tell us that our bumper was, “loose.” We talked round and round. Got a car wash yesterday, I live in Celeste so 20 mins away from the closest automatic one. Next time I will make sure to just make the 40 min drive to McKinney, by far the absolute worst car wash I’ve EVER had. I pay the same and get more and always leave with a spotless car in McKinney. This is just absolutely awful and careless of a CARWASH company🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ What a shame.
